you want to be away from the big city, but not too far away, without distraction for a few days or weeks to be creative together in relaxation, rehearse intensively and record your music, then you've come to the right place. we rent out our studio with an integrated living area at the "weinviertel" (wine quarter, lower austria). you can come with your technician, or we will arrange ours for you.  
there are  

• a studio 
• a control room 
• a vocal booth
• a room with a large double bed, a sofa bed and a big desk 
• two additional sofa beds, each of which can be pulled out as a double bed. there is also a day bed in the control room that can be used as a single bed 
• a small newly renovated bathroom & wc 
• a living-kitchen area with everything necessary 
• beautiful and cozy places in front of the house and at the water lily pond 

the studio is easily accessible by train - from vienna in one hour. the train station is 10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car from us. We're happy to pick you up from there and bring you back. the nearest shops are 10 minutes away by car. The baker comes right to the door twice a week.  

and not to forget there are a few „heurige“ (local tavernes) in the village and in the immediate vicinity - after all, we are in the "weinviertel" (wine quarter) :)
